The foliage is glossy and the plants trail, spilling from hanging baskets, tall planters or over a garden wall where the attractive, five-lobed foliage comes into its own. Often seen planted on the balconies of charming chalets in the alps, trailing from wooden window boxes and pictured on postcards.Delicate ivy-leaved geraniums (or pelargoniums) add a touch of femininity and elegance to any space.
