Bletilla striata kuchineni produces delicate looking white flowers, the tip of each blooms is marked pink. Many think that terrestrial orchids are difficult. Planted in moist, well-drained soil in dappled shade, they are really easy to grow and truly stunning. Many indigenous orchids are under threat of extinction, however, our plants started their life in a laboratory and have been grown on for several years. Can be divided once established. Ribbed foliage early in the year, is followed by several spikes each holding up to 14 open mouthed blooms during spring and summer. Height 40cm (16). Spread 45cm (18). Hardy perennial.
