Rich cherry-pink, perfumed blooms are borne in large panicles from early summer on Phlox paniculata 'Tenor', right up until the first frosts hit. A showstopping, scented Phlox, perfect for adding the wow factor with its almost neon, glowing shades. Adored by butterflies and bees who also find the perfume intoxicating on a warm day. Excellent as a long-lasting cut flower. H&S: 90cm x 60cm. Perfect for cottage gardens or contemporary designs where this Phlox will add height, drama, and a healthy dose of cheerful colour. Prefers moist, well-drained, humus-rich soil in sun or partial shade in a south, east, or west-facing aspect. Phlox paniculata dislike drought so water regularly during dry spells and feed weekly in summer to ensure a floriferous display. Deadhead to promote further blooms and cut back at the end of the season once flowering has finished. Mulch in spring with homemade compost or organic matter. Divide large clumps every few years to maintain vigour and propagate new plants.Phlox 'Tenor' is a fully hardy perennial with an RHS hardiness rating of H7.
